Dr. Sarah Jerome will be out of the office from 05/05 until 05/19.  Appointments scheduled during this time will be with Dr. Noumia Gill, Dr. Sandy Pham Vang, or Dr. Tommy Elton.  Please call our office at 612.379.1555 to request a specific doctor.

You can schedule your appointment online with Dr. Sarah Jerome (M/T/ F/Sat) or Dr. Noumia Gill (Th/Sat) .  If you are having an eye emergency or would like a same day appointment please call the clinic at 612-379-1555 to schedule.  For new patients or full exams, please allow one hour for your appointment. You can also save time by completing your paperwork in advance.  Fill in the blanks, print,  sign, and bring the completed form with for your visit.
