Schedule Your Appointment:

You can schedule your appointment online with Dr. Sarah Jerome (M/T/ F/Sat) or Dr. Noumia Gill (Th/Sat) .  If you are having an eye emergency or would like a same day appointment please call the clinic at 612-379-1555 to schedule.  For new patients or full exams, please allow one hour for your appointment. You can also save time by completing your paperwork in advance.  Fill in the blanks, print,  sign, and bring the completed form with for your visit.

EXTRA HOLIDAY HOURS:  We have appointments available on Wednesday, December 14 and Wednesday, December 28.  Please call our office at 612-379-1555 to schedule.
